Llegué al hotel y ellos no respetaron mi reservación, me dijeron que en hotel estaba sobre vendido y que mi reservación había sido cancelada. Me murarían a otro hotel pero ahí no había lugar.
Después de discutir varios minutos, me dijeron que no había nada que hacer, que la reservación había sido hecha por expedia y ellos debían responderme.
Les dije que nunca me contactaron ni me mandaron ningún mensaje al respecto, pero igual no me dieron mi habitación y me mandaron a otro hotel.
Estoy muy molesto!!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us! please accept my apologies for not being able to accommodate your reservation during your last visit to Atlanta. We did offer to pay for your stay at another hotel. Unfortunately, sold-out situations are out of our control sometimes. Again, I am so sorry. Malo, un hotel de esta categoria, con una habitacion q no hay donde moverse, hasta el agua q dejan te cobran, te cargan en la tarjeta valores por duplicado. Nunca mas a un Marriot
