Pesimas instalaciones. Muy viejo. Muy mala ubicacion en calles sucias, llenas de indigentes. No quedarse ahi.

The property was clean and the staff was excellent. We had dinner at the steakhouse and everything was delicious.

We stayed at the Ritz Saturday night after a long day at the aquarium with our 4 and 2 year old daughters. I felt safe here with my children and the employees were very accommodating to them. There was a small kids table in the lobby with crayons and coloring pages. My daughters also got to pick out a stuffy of their choice upon arrival. The room was very clean and I never felt like my daughters couldn’t walk around the room freely. I do however wish that the room had a functional fridge and a microwave for storing and warming milk. I was able to get some warmed milk for my daughter from the bar downstairs but would’ve rather done it myself in the room. The bartender was very kind though and got it for me as fast as he could. We ate breakfast the next morning on the second floor and it was AMAZING!

Very disappointed at my stay @ The Ritz Carlton in Atlanta, GA. The room had many damaged items. When I called corporate, they reached out to the manager in Atlanta. No one contacted me back because on their end, one of the managers closed the case without speaking with me. I have pictures of the damages in the room. I’m so disappointed and I’m waiting for the manager to call me back. I hope The Ritz Carlton has some form restitution for this. This is unprofessional and an outrage.
