When you walk up to the main entrance, the official Tourism Rating is displayed,says it is 4*
I have stayed here a few times, it has gone downhill, stayed 17th to 21st October 2019, never going again.
The whole place is now looking seriously dilapidated and tatty
Cheap and nasty plastic table and chairs on balcony.
No drying rail, people were hanging towels out over the front of the balconies, looked like a 1960’s cheap Benidorm hotel.
Someone had decided to add extra furniture to the room, a 1.5 metre high black four drawer unit, very old, paint peeling off, and no use at all. Made the room much smaller.
A Shower Curtain!! I have never stayed in a 5* Hotel that has a horrible plastic shower curtain before. It was a nightmare …. Regardless of how well you tried to place it before your shower, it was always going to fail, and leak water all over the floor. The disgusting thing sticks to you whilst you are trying to shower …. Horrible. Every other 5* Hotel I have ever stayed in has a glass shower door, it is one of the obvious basics.
Appalling Restaurant service, no maître de or major-domo, no-one to show you to your table, or to take your order for tea or coffee. Seriously watered down orange juice, not orange juice at all, but a cheap diluted version.
The worst burnt bacon ever, totally inedible
Only one extra pillow in a double room
Dreadful and very loud music at the pool
The most uncomfortable sun loungers ever, no cushions available.

El personal amabilísimo, servicios generales muy buenos, buen buffet.
La habitación justita, baño antiguo, resto muy bien
