"The property is wonderful, but check-in always feels intense. The front desk lady always ends on “and if you’re not out by 10am, you’ll be charged this amount. Now sign that acknowledgement here.” Then of course, you have to go to the next desk for the “amenities” which feels like too much when you’re tired. Everything would be five stars if the check-in was calmer."
