"Great location and friendly staff"

"We were allowed our room early which very helpful. The room was beautiful, wonderful and modern. Comforters and soft pillows. Staff were always pleasant. Breakfast had everything we wanted-hard boiled eggs, scrambled, bacon and sausages, cereals, vegetables and meats and cheeses, breads, croissants and hard rolls; many choices of drinks(hot and cold). If you use public transport get off at Shoppi Tivoli and follow the signs."

"I had a wonderful stay, the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The hospitality was truly outstanding, making the entire experience memorable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend FIVE Zurich to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable stay with exceptional service and warm hospitality. Definitely a 5-star experience!"

"Overall, the hotel was decent and the staff was friendly, but my 12-day stay came with some bizarre and frustrating experiences. At check-in, my room key had "272" written on it. After repeatedly searching for the room and returning to the front desk, I learned it was actually 212. The number written was very clearly not a 1. Before arriving, my confirmation email somehow stated both that the deposit could be paid in cash AND that cash was not accepted. When I asked for clarification, I got...

"Very modern, green and efficient room. Only issue was no aircon and the sliding window did little to ventilate. Good location, five minutes' walk away from a tram stop and ten minutes from Letzipark mall."

"Lovely staff, very clean, very good breakfast, and very close to the train station."

"All good"

"Inexpensive, professional, knowledgeable, courteous staff"

"Beware Expedia has incorrectly states this hotel has an airport shuttle. It does not. I have advised them of this but they refuse to change the listing even after contacting the hotel to confirm. We had to pay 300 CFH for a taxi for 4 back to the airport. We stayed at this hotel cause it stated a shuttle. Expedia will do nothing to fix it."

"I like that the area was close to public transport and shops nearby."

"The property is great and the breakfast is amazing and has a lot of options . Room was spacious and clean . The only drawback is the location as it’s closer to the office area rather than old town. 5/5"

"Location is ideal for travellers, rooms are functional and clean. The food is delicious, esp. The buffets. The free EV charging points much appreciated"

"Hotel was fine for a one night stop over. Breakfast was disappointing. This was our first breakfast on our trip so our expectations may reduce as time goes on but I thought the scrambled eggs were Indy’s I am sure they used powdered eggs the were bouncy like rubber."
