Luxurious living, new décor in a clean airy modern newly remodeled 2,100 square foot home next to the Albuquerque's Petroglyphs. Your out of town stay puts you next to the Petroglyphs Boca Negra Canyon with expansive walking and biking trails. This gorgeous custom home treats you to an Artesian Elite Eagle Crest Hot Tub which boasts 55 jets for a relaxing massage after a long day of exploring New Mexico. A Brunswick Pool Table in the middle of the full Bar for you to enjoy your favorite adult beverage while playing a game of 8 ball or 9 ball. Next to the bar is a 4 person retro gaming table top includes such classics as Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Pitfall, Galaga, Pinball, Casino, and even the original Pong, over 500 to choose from. If that wasn't enough, the house has Samsung "Frame" TVs in the living room and 2 bedrooms, which double as beautiful framed classic artwork and a full television to accommodate your streaming preferences. There is also a big screen in the bar so you can have your favorite team on while you enjoy a game of pool or a game of Ms Pac Man. The Primary Bedroom has a King Size bed, a Samsung Frame TV and a private bathroom with double sink, shower and spa jetted tub. It also has a walk in closet with plenty of space to store your clothing. Guest Bedroom 1 has a Queen Size bed with a Samsung Frame TV and closet storage for your clothing. Guest Bedroom 2 has bunk beds with the top bunk being a Twin XL and the bottom bunk a Full Size bed and closet space to store your clothing. A full living room with a 65" Samsung Frame TV to enjoy on leather loveseat and full couch with a pullout queen sofa bed. The kitchen has a full food prep island complete with vegetable sink. Kitchen Aid appliances including double oven and gas cook top. In addition to the hot tub/spa, the backyard is equipped with a Blackstone griddle and all the accessories to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner! Relaxing outdoor furniture and an outdoor TV to watch while you enjoy the beautiful New Mexico weather. A laundry room with full size washer, dryer, mud sink and all the supplies needed to get things clean and ready for the next adventure. This custom home has all the amenities you will need to create memories, experiences and the deep sleep you desire to dream of your New Mexico adventure. The home is fully equipped for all cooking, sleeping, and bathing needs for up to 7 people.

Beautiful house with amazing amenities

The property is as advertised, beautiful, great layout, and amazing amenities. The hot tub, pool table were wonderful. When we walked in, the home smelled amazing and some beautiful background music was playing theu Alexa. Definitely a lot of thought and details went into this home. Will stay here again in the future when visiting Albuquerque.

There are so many things to love about this property, the high end pool table, the really nice hot tub, the petroglyph trails across the street and many other things! Wonderful home!

This is an excellent vacation rental home. Very clean and well taken care of. Stocked well with everything you could need, especially lots of towels. The bar area is so fun, our whole family really had a great time playing pool. The backyard and hot tub are nice as well. Nice, quiet neighborhood and easy access to other parts of the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home!

Our stay in this home was wonderful. We got in the hot tub every night. We played pool as a family every night and my kids enjoyed the game table. They supplied us with everything needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. Lots of extra blankets, super comfy pillows and lots of towels. Our hosts were super kind and easy to communicate with. They even had chips/salsa and candy waiting for us when we arrived. 5 stars!! Would definitely recommend and stay there again!
