Tin Can Alley is walking distance from the home. (Restaurants, Breweries, climbing gym, Entertainment Venue) Starbucks, Flying Star coffee and desert shop, Trader Joe's, Kroger (Smith's), and Albertsons are all conveniently located within a 5-10 minute drive of the home. Don't forget to try the world-famous Dion's Pizza, Vintage Bar/Restaurant or La Reforma Distillery that are just a 5-minute drive. If you love to golf or gamble, Sandia Resort and Casino is a short 10-minute drive away. The city's best park, North Domingo Baca is within walking distance of the home. The park includes a large grassy area, play equipment, a dog park, tennis courts, handball courts, and a walking path. The majestic Sandia Mountains are just a 10 minute drive You can hike, bike, or take a ride on the world-famous Tramway. This single story three bedroom 2 bath, heated and cooled sunroom, 2 car garage home is located in a very established, safe, and quiet high-end neighborhood.

Enter the living room and experience a smart TV and comfortable leather couches and plenty of seating for a large group.

Fix dinner in the beautiful kitchen with all the supplies you would need to prepare a meal. Free "New Mexico Pinon" coffee is provided for all guests.

Relax in the primary suite that is equipped with a King sized Organic Cotton bed with luxury linens for your enjoyment and comfort. Soak in the full garden bath in the master bedroom with a nice deep soaking tub for your enjoyment. This room has a smart TV.

Have your morning complimentary coffee on the shaded serine patio with seating for 6 or in the beautiful heated and cooled sunroom. This room also has a twin daybed with trundle for extra sleeping space along with a desk for work at home.

Wonderful stay! This place was perfect for our needs. Location was ideal. Close to hiking and shopping. Space was clean, cozy and roomy. All essentials were provided and appreciated. The patio was a comfortable spot to sit outside. The dog loved the grass and area to play.

While the house was clean, it was apparent that there was poor upkeep on the house like closet doors off the track, the caulking in the master bath tub was not done by a professional, the house needed updating especially in the master bathroom, the tub in the bathroom was difficult to get into as you had to step over the side of the massive tub without anything to hold onto, one of the bedrooms was incredibly hot, the vent could not be closed and it was apparent that the owner knew this as there was a portable fan in the room, the fourth bedroom was a sunroom, while an adult could sleep there I would be uncomfortable having a child sleep there, I wouldn’t stay there again, there was a note by the front door with a QR code stating that you could use to rebook again directly to cut out the middleman.

Beautiful and very comfortable home and back yard in a nice and conveniently located neighborhood. The owner thought of every convenience in this home and responded so nicely to our needs. Kid-friendly and Comfy

Lovely spot for our family of 5, with three kids under 11yo, for spring break. The neighborhood is quiet, the beds are comfy, and the house was well-stocked with paper products, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and games and books for the kiddos. Even had a nightlight in the bathroom. Check in and check out we’re both a breeze!

Great home base for our adventures

The location worked great for our travels around ABQ and Santa Fe. The house was very spacious and we enjoyed having games for nights we kicked our feet up. We had everything we needed and would return if we visit ABQ in the future. We didn’t walk around the neighborhood much and drove anywhere we needed to go.

Ladies trip for Balloon Fiesta

The property was wonderful. Communication with the owner was great, he was very helpful and responded quickly to any question. The house was just as described and the owner provided many extras to make the stay more comfortable. Location could not have been better for the Balloon Fiesta and close to other attractions around the area. Would definitely recommend this property. We were here for a week.
