The position is very good. Staff friendly. Bed not enough firm for my preference but everything very clean and well finished. Nespresso machine in the room and bottles of filtered water refill it every day. Beautiful furniture in the room. Perfect garden all around the property. Snorkelling equipment and canoes included amenities. Free WiFi. Restaurant with view over the Reef. Reef area is one of the best of the island.

Aggressive bartender kicked a chicken to death during happy hour. In front of guests!
Truly shocking animal cruelty experience in this 5 star hotel.
It totally ruined our stay. Never ever paid so much per night for a stay in a hotel. For this! And it was supposed to be a celebration for us.
Took our responsibility and contacted the manager who was gonna have a ‘chat’ with this person.
No follow up towards us so far. He assured us they were animal lovers and that this had never happened before. That they fed the animals in the staff camp..
When someone is capable of demonstrating such cruelties towards animals in front of a full terrace of guests, you might wonder what happens in this staff camp…in Australia you would pay huge fines and go to prison.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, they addressed us by our names throughout our trip. Our villa was gorgeous and lovely and clean. Would stay again.

We prefer the adult only resorts to avoid young noisy children on our holidays but this was a fabulous experience otherwise.

We have traveled all over the world. But I must say, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent. View from our room was a painting.
Overall it worths every penny to stay here. We will be back.

The Pacific resort did not disappoint, it was amazing!
This was a bucket list destination for us, and our experience was incredible, from the location itself, to the room comfort and service, all exceptional!
