"Very friendly welcome and a quick and easy check in. Comfortable modern bar area. Breakfast had a great choice available and was very good. All staff very friendly. Our room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Only fault was the shower hardly had any pressure and you barely got wet! But would highly recommend all in all. "

"Stayed here while going to a friends wedding in the local area. Created to really friendly staff and check in was a breeze. The room was compact but had everything we needed, comfy bed and even a little hamper with slippers, teas coffee and milk. Hotel is above a pub though there’s a separate entrance so coming and going was easy. Would recommend if you’re near by."

"Great spot to stay. Lovely to have the castle grounds to wander around after hours. We really enjoyed our stay in a deluxe double room overlooking the gardens. So much to see and do in the castle and castle grounds and lovely walks with a great view of the castle. We ate in the Castle View Restaurant in the evening and enjoyed our meal. Breakfast was also good. Reception staff so welcoming and explained everything brilliantly. "
