"I'll start off with the positives.
- Stunning view of the lake
- Welcoming staff.
- Clean
Negatives
- Dated rooms. The bathroom sink was cracked and held together with some form of yellow/brown epoxy. Kind of puts you off initially.
- Shower had poor pressure and the shower head bracket did not support it properly.
- The lighting in the bathroom is on the dim side.
- Breakfast took a while to get served, we even had to ask for an ETA. Once it was served it was underwhelming.
- Pillows are not...

The room was failing and in desperate need of renovation or even a lick of fresh paint. I dared not touch the kettle as it was covered with limescale. The carpet needs replacing, windows needs fixing. Door is so loud when closed. Overall feel, it is...

"I booked in early so I had to do some cleaning myself. The studio flat is nice and bright with small practical kitchen. The bathroom was shared between male and female but had not lock. Checked out before before the lock was fitted, too slow in response to that issue. Staff was helpful."
