"This property does not look much from the outside. However, one can’t judge a book by its cover. This property has been newly renovated. The staff are all exceptional and very helpful. The good is good. The amenities are great. A fabulous breakfast included in the price. Buffet continental and a-la-carte hot meals all included. Overly garden area. Very nice bar and lounge uk relax and a great location. Highly recommend."

"Clean, Comfortable, and Friendly
Friendly staff, a clean room, and very comfortable beds. There is also plenty of parking available right outside, which was very convenient. We especially liked that you could always go to the reception area to pick up extra tea bags, coffee, sugar, etc. to use with the kettle in the room.
During our three-day stay, the room was cleaned on request, and towels were changed upon request as well. When I asked for fresh towels, they arrived promptly—and as a lovely...

The room was failing and in desperate need of renovation or even a lick of fresh paint. I dared not touch the kettle as it was covered with limescale. The carpet needs replacing, windows needs fixing. Door is so loud when closed. Overall feel, it is...

"We didn't have breakfast there. Bar offered a good choice of drinks. The extractor fan didn't work in the on suite but it was kept very clean.
The stairs to the room were quite steep and the doors were very close together making it a little difficult to manoeuvre. The toilet was quite tall so shorter people may find their feet wouldn't touch the floor. The bed was very comfortable."

"A decent B&B with great staff, nice layout and quality furnishings. It's still new so they are working hard to put everything in place but this is still a wonderful B&B in a prime location and is great value.
There is free, high speed Wi-Fi available which is great. It's a fairly quiet venue even with being located in the centre of town, there is very little disturbance which makes for a good nights sleep. Highly recommend."
