"The hotel was ok. Elevators took a really long time. Early check in was verbally confirmed but at arrival, it wasn’t and we had to wait 3hours but at least the bar lobby waiting area was comfortable. We called housekeeping for extra pillows (4) and they kept delivering 1, for 2 nights in a row. Lots of miscommunications from calling housekeeping to the actual order that was sent. Location was great and convenient. Overall ok stay."

We asked to hold our luggage before check in and after check out only to find it hanging out in the lobby at some point without any supervision. "Room cleaning was made every other day unless if requested. I learned it on my second day, and not upon arrival, so after a day out I was desapointed to see my room not clean. I asked for my room to be cleaned which was done immediately. I also asked for my room to be cleaned the next day as instructed. Well, when I came back the next day to my room after a day of walking outside in the rain, my room hasn’t been made yet. I called and requested the room to be clean and explained what happened...
