"Very clean room - helpful staff - easy 24h check in"

"Naeem did a fantastic job cleaning our room, leaving funny towel animals around the room. Kana was very friendly attendant and the staff in general were. Kids loved the pool and slides. The kids room staff were very helpful, although the kids room itself was very dated. The breakfast was poorly organised and chaotic with limit vegetarian options. The restaurant staff were helpful to locate foods but I have had far better, lunch and dinner is much better."

"Loved this resort...centrally located, great facilities, access to the beach, easy to reach by bus from Komtar in Georgetown (bus stop at door). Staff were very helpful and attentive. Buffet breakfast was amazing with so many choices. "Lovely hotel in a great location - easy to get around anywhere on Penang using a Grab. The food, pool and beach were highlights, along with the staff who were very friendly and helpful. Our 2 bedroom seaview suite was spacious and provided a great base for our family of 4. The scenery and wildlife on Penang are amazing, and we loved Georgetown."

"I love this hotel because of the location itself. The room is clean, well maintained and it is very helpful to have iron + board in room. This hotel is near to Chowrasta Market (walking distance) and you have lots of options for food if you are lazy to go out. Easy to get grab and the fee is also cheap. I love to stay at this hotel again in future."
