"Our stay at this hotel was disappointing from the start. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the overall condition raised concerns about maintenance and cleanliness. The bathroom lacked an exhaust vent, and the mirror appeared to be a peeling sticker rather than a proper fixture. Several outlets and light switches were noticeably crooked, and the carpet was in very poor condition—we even found a nail clipper on the floor, which was unacceptable. There was food on the floor behind a trash can, the carpet felt like it had never been cleaned, the bathroom floor looked dirty with hair from upper and lower parts of the body. The shower floor was so dirty that we didn't even take a shower! This was one of the worst rooms we have ever stayed in! "

"The hotel's location is fantastic! Hotel staff was so very friendly and helpful. Room was nice. Shower was not great because I don't like overhead rain showers. Lunch at the restaurant was great. Breakfast is another story. Restaurant was empty and 3 parties were waiting to be seated, never happened. We all left. Found a great Diner at 43rd and Broadway called Brooklyn Diner. Fantastic! Overall nice hotel and we would stay there again."

"Room cleaning was made every other day unless if requested. I learned it on my second day, and not upon arrival, so after a day out I was desapointed to see my room not clean. I asked for my room to be cleaned which was done immediately. I also asked for my room to be cleaned the next day as instructed. Well, when I came back the next day to my room after a day of walking outside in the rain, my room hasn’t been made yet. I called and requested the room to be clean and explained what happened...
