"The facility seemed to be less than half full, yet, at 2 AM in the morning the motel placed a family next door to us with a screaming child. The kid was already screaming when they got to the building, but the motel staff did not think to assign them a room separate from other motel guests. The parents made no attempt to calm the child as they noisily moved into their room, waking all my family. The office did not answer the phone, so I went to the office to complain. There was no one there, but...

"The location was perfect for the purpose of my trip. And there is an Erewhon and Trader Joes within walking distance. The place was clean and the staff helpful and friendly. There's a parking garage right there for a fee. And an Uber ride is available within minutes, because of the location. If you are looking for clean, convenient and affordable in West Hollywood and just down from Sunset, then this is a great place to stay!"

"It was definitely not like the pictures the hotel was dirty and the had homeless people lounging in the lobby and throughout the property. And the fire alarm kept being pulled by people that wasn’t staying at the hotel. I we keep getting woke up out of our sleep and evacuating."
