The unit is literally steps from the beach and the view from the window is magnificent. The pier was so close and we walked to it daily. "Staff were amazing, extremely helpful, room was very clean & comfortable bed. The kitchen did not have an electric jug so we just used a pot, it was not a problem. Location is interesting in old Downtown, the area would have been a hotspot back in the 50's & 60's, great old buildings."

"Enjoyed our 3-day stay here! Very close to the beach and loved having access to equipment in the hotel basement, which guests could borrow (boogey boards, chairs, buckets and spades.. ). Although the property is right on the boardwalk, our suite faced the back and we had no issues with noise. Air con in the suite meant we didnt have to open windows, which helped with the noise too. Yes, there are issues with homelessness in the area but never felt unsafe or antagonistic. Another fantastic perk...

"Gorgeous view, very nicely furnished, dolphins swam right in front of us daily between 9 and 10 am, direct access to a relatively quiet beach (though we headed to Zuma most of the time because it was better for our teens to body board) ... at high tide sitting on the balcony is like being out on a boat (without the swaying), super relaxing"

"The pool in pictures is not the pool at property. There’s a hot tub on the roof. No pool towels. Place was clean and neat. Just promised my kids a pool and there wasn’t one so it was a bust in that sense. Also the fees were outrageous, I am military and don’t make a lot of money and this place was super expensive. "
