"Excellent location- 5 minute walk from the beach. Had to contact property manager because the bathroom light/fan switch wasn’t working, but they fixed it the first day. Roof deck and roof pool were great. Would definitely return."

"We had a great stay! Easy to get in. The parking was a plus! KK was very communicative! We only stayed for a couple of nights and didn’t really use the kitchen but it’s fully set up! We would def stay here again when visiting family."

"This was a spacious apartment- great for 4 of us visiting the area for a family event. It was super clean and the beds were comfortable. The host met us at the door and was easily reached if we needed anything. It's a very short drive to the downtown area (promenade and beach). The neighborhood in the block above the apartment (which is a half block from Wilshire) is very nice for walking. The kitchen had the necessities, although we didn't do much cooking. It was perfect for our long weekend."

"Location is amazing, 3 minute walk to the beach, small supermarket across the street and many lovely cafes around. Walking distance(15 min) to Santa Monica Pier and Venice beach (25 min).Apt is very comfortable. We are a family of 5. Beds are comfortable, AC works well, view of beach is nice. Garage was always open but it’s a great addition and we felt very safe in the building and area. Good shower it would have been nice to have 2 showers but at least there are 2 bathrooms.
