"I had a one week stay her while working nearby. Very new, clean and comfortable building and facilities. Staff were very attentive and helpful - particular thanks to Sardor who was the main guy at reception when I was coming no going and extremely helpful. I didn't have an opportunity to use the pool as the weather was quite mild and there had a couple of rainy days too, although it has been enclosed inside a glass structure which can make it more accessible and versatile for many people."

"The hotel is situated on a quiet street. A super market, a small restaurant, and a convenience store is 2 minutes walk away. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was decent, and the lady serving the breakfast was very pleasant and helpful. The front desk staff was polite and helped with calling the taxis and giving directions. Very few people in Uzbekistan speak English, and the Google translate was very helpful. I wouldn't mind staying at this hotel again if I ever go back...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's a family run hotel. They made our stay very comfortable. Rooms are modern and cleaned daily. Staff was very kind and helpful with taxi reservations. English is spoken by several staff members. No elevator but our luggage was carried up and down by staff upstairs. Breakfast buffet was good and varied. They took great care to make us feel welcome. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, Registan Square and Mosque."

"清掃員の窃盗未遂がありました。 一度外出し、ロビーでタクシーを待っていたところ、忘れ物に気づき部屋に戻ったら、清掃員の女性がデスクの上に置いてあった私のポーチを開けて物色しているところに出会しました。清掃用具も何も持ち込んでおらず、部屋の電気もつけてなかったため、確実に窃盗目的で入ったと思います。部屋を出た際、その清掃員と挨拶したので、不在なのを確認して入ったことになります。 幸い貴重品は持ち歩いていたため被害はありませんでしたが、私物に触られていたのも気持ちが悪いし、あの時部屋に戻らなかったらと思うと貴重品でないとは言え何か盗られていたかもしれないので、恐ろしいです。 フロントにすぐ伝えたら、即座にその清掃員はホテルを去るように命じてくれ、最終日の空港タクシーを無料で手配してくれました。 フロントの方の対応が良かったのと、その他の設備やホテル自体はきれいだったので最低評価は避けますが、このような清掃員を雇うのはやめていただきたいです。 また、宿泊者は貴重品の管理と、外出するときは全ての荷物をスーツケースにしまい、鍵をかけることをおすすめします。"

"even there was no view at all in my room I was pretty happy with the place. quiet and safe, privately owned place. english was not very used. breakfast: average, but good and healthy. near of Registan square (7 min walk), some restaurants nearby. parking: free, if you succeed to find a spot. good option for sure! "

"5 stars: friendly owner and staff, attentive, helpful; good breakfast, good location; ping pong table & parrots. 2 stars: the room (hot water in the shower wasn't working so I couldn't wash my hair, a guy came to "fix it" but I only got a few drops of water and not enough for showering properly). The bed was also very uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on the floor. I have never slept on a harder bed. Felt like it had no matress. Also no real blanket, so cold at night."
