"1 star in motel category. avoid the place not to let it ruin your trip. The “hotel”/motel stinks when you enter from the parking lot at back. Steep stairs is the only way to come up to reception, stairs only to go to any other floors. No accessible Installation whatsoever. It’s not an honourable business to charge customer who didn’t give credit card info nor authorize the charge. It’s not honourable just ignoring customer’ refund request."

The location is outstanding—right in the heart of Old Québec, within walking distance of the city's main attractions, cultural sites, and many excellent restaurants. It made exploring the historic district incredibly easy and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was clean overall, although I think there is still a little room for improvement in housekeeping. That said, it did not affect our overall...
