"Staff was excellent, helpful, pleasant and attentive. Unfortunately, our room had a broken dehumidifier and we were not informed of this until after reporting a wet carpet. Staff addressed the issue as best they could but it would have been helpful to have known ahead of time. We also had to empty the water-filled bucket ourselves."

"Good: The wonderful front counter staff went out of their way to be helpful after an issue with the EV charging in the parking lot. Not so good: We were there for 3 nights and noone cleaned our room or stocked up our coffee machine supplies on any of the mornings that we were out of our room."

"What a fantastic hotel/restaurant within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the most famous hotel in Quebec! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the restaurant served scrumptious food and walking around the area was easy breezy and I have a broken ankle! The price for two nights was almost a steal. Comfortable and safe this property is very very very highly recommended!!!! I would stay here again."

The room was HUGE like an apartment, the furniture felt new and clean, there was full-size refrigerator and stove/oven (it was a regular kitchen, as versus the kitchenette), and it was a very short drive from the Old City. There was also a wonderful bakery very close by for breakfast sandwiches and delicious, pastries and espresso drinks. And a number of spaces to charge electric vehicles on the street upfront.
