"The room was stink everytime the AC is on and the carpet have stain and the customer service are not even friendly and doesn't even greet the customer."

"1 Star Unfortunately, this was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. When I arrived to check in, the process took nearly 30 minutes. I had my booking number ready and repeatedly explained that the last name on the reservation was different from the last name on my ID. I mentioned this at least six times, but every time I tried to explain, the front desk agent cut me off and told me to wait. Another employee overheard me mention the correct last name and found the reservation...

"We arrived early to Calgary. Stopped at the hotel to let them know we would be back later in the evening . Instead we were given prompt Check in, which was very relaxing after a long drive . Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating . Rooms are fantastic …great showers . Breakfast the next day was tasty with plenty of dietary options Will Stay here again"
