"The best point about this hotel is the excellent location. The hotel itself is dated but the facilities are clean and staff are friendly. There are 2 washers and dryers free for guests to use. Toiletries and amenities are available for guests and ice machine for free flow of ice supply. Would definitely come back again."

"Everything was great but the beds could have more cushion and more ventilation."

"Couldn’t have picked a better hostel. K’s house is close to the train station and in a nice, quiet, walkable area. It’s affordable and has good amenities. They let us store our luggage before and after check-in for free. My boyfriend and I stayed in a single room with a shared bathroom on the 4th floor. "Loved this place. Felt very calm and relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay here!"

"It was great, just didn’t like that I had to drink downstairs. If I needed water I had to go downstairs to drink some. Also there were designated shower times which I wasn’t a fan of but made it work"

"Very nice reception, good location if you want to see the city, bus stop is 3 min away and train Station approximately 15 min walking"

"Towels never dried. Very damp."

"The accommodation is well-located, right next to Kyoto station which made it easy to get around everywhere. The room and other facilities were all clean, and having a sink in the private double room was very useful too."
