"Great slice of cabin in the woods humble abode. Clean and warm. You will need a car with AWD and snow tires if visiting in the winter. Beware though, there are monkeys in the woods and they come out in the warm late afternoon. While they're incredible to see, they're smart so keep your food close, snap some pictures and steer clear of them. "

"Great place to access the village and restaurants. A short walk to the Happo One bus terminal so it was easy to get to all of the ski areas of Happo Valley. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a nice bonus that we weren’t expecting. "

"初めて利用させて頂きましたが、オーナーさんも良い人で親切に対応して頂きました。 部屋も掃除が行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。 キッチンもあり自炊ができるのと、お風呂もあるので、着替えだけを持って気軽に利用できると思います。 今回は2階の部屋でしたが、次回利用する機会があれば１階の部屋にしてみようかと思います。"

"Pros: The staff is very friendly, the location is great, and the room is clean. Cons: The building is just too old (ie. the curtains really need to be replaced. Even though the room is clean, everything feels very dated.) Overall: It was a nice stay, but the price is too high for how old the hotel is. If the price was cut in half, it would be a great deal. At full price, it is hard to recommend until they do some renovations."
