Enjoyed our room. It was bit small and walls are thin you hear everything people are doing in the room attached to you. Hottub was very nice and relaxing. Wish there was small fridges in room. Underground parkade is small and difficult to park in.

Clean and roomy - Kitchen had no glasses, utensils or anything (I think you could get them for a fee) other than that excellent room.

Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. When we tested the door lock they sent a janitor to “unlock” the door with a screwdriver. The pool was dirty, hot tub was not working, ...

Friendly staff, great service. Only issue I had was missing body wash but the staff was able to accommodate grabbing me a bunch. Lastly was some hair in the room jacuzzi. Overall was a great stay
