"Spatious 2 bedroom apartment with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen & living room. Clean and convenient to transport and grocery shopping. Only challenge was the check-in process is really complex and required 3 separate payments (security deposit, cleaning fee, local taxes) before getting the final access details. Several days of back and forth messaging were needed leading up to the stay. Wouldn't be possible if you weren't constantly connected before arriving. "

"Well situated and had all amenities. Unfortunately the volume control on the TV was faulty, one of the two cups had a broken handle and the pillows were large but not very supportive while the mattress moved - not major issues but meant the apartment was not as comfortable as it could be."

"This property was the best choice we could have made as a family. Located in a quiet neighborhood, nearby to plenty of dining options, and walkable within 15 minutes to the main area near Lake Zurich. The accommodations were very spacious and airy, clean and comfortable (2 bedroom luxury apartments). The private rooftop veranda was a nice bonus when not raining. Trams pass in front of the apartment making for additional ease in getting around. Train station was a 12-15 minute very easy/flat walk...

"Has great potential. Location is great! Communication to concerns was good. Shared front entrance where lock box were kept was trashy. Unit was no frills and transparent in posting. Could use fans for 95 degree interior. A welcome book with how to turn on gas stove would be helpful. Had to call to get gas turned on."

"The property is in poor condition. We’re staying on the fourth floor with no elevator, which was very inconvenient. The floor were dirty and looking like they hadn’t been swept the property. There was also not enough basic supply provided. We only received two rolls of toilet paper for five people. Stay 2 1/2 days which was unacceptable."

"This was the perfect accommodation for our short stay to Zurich, not far from the city (c 25min walk or lots of public transport nearby). Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and felt safe. We cooked in the apartment each evening and had enough crockery, utensils etc to prepare food."

"Pretty far from everything. Smell of cigarettes in the building everywhere. If you smoke it’s great I’d assume but I personally can’t handle the smell… especially when trying to sleep. Otherwise beds were amazing 10/10 the showers super clean and very nice! Just wish someone would be more strict about cigarette usage."
