Check-in experience was terrible. And apparently it wasn't only us. According to the other travelers, one person the day before our check-in and one person the day after our check-in had similar problems. They should send you a code for self-check-in, but they don't do that. Then, when you are there, you have to call them, but they don't pick up all the time, and then when they do, you have to wait for the code, and then you make another call because the check-in website has a problem, and then another call so they enter the information manually. The terrible check-in experience really destroyed the whole mood for the next day too.
