Ideally Located

Bustling Hottingen is located in the seventh district of Zurich, east of the Limmat River. This charming neighborhood on the southern side of Adlisberg mountain is mostly residential in character. Hottingen has a good variety of cafes, restaurants, and shops, making it an ideal place to settle. The neighborhood is home to several scenic viewpoints, and there is an elevated train line with jaw-dropping views. Other highlights include KULTURAMA Museum des Menschen, a small, family friendly museum, as well as a tennis club, golf club, and ice-skating rink. There is excellent bus service throughout Hottingen, and several train stations make it easy to get to Zurich or further afield.

Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.
Parking is offered based on availability and is subject to a fee.
Please keep in mind that this is a walk up building.
