"Phenomenal hotel phenomenal service. Phenomenal everything! I understand it’s the four seasons we’ve been many times and know the prices for room service ect are outrageous. But we went down for breakfast… we were charged for individual items because it was 11:20 and breakfast ends at 11am…. Which was fine…. But my wife and I had 2 eggs each… 1 side of toast each… half an avacado each and 1 smoothie each… and the price was 136$😂😂 I left 14$ tip so 150$ for what should of been maybe 18-22$...

"My wife and I usually stay at Whistler 3-4 times per year, but this was my first time staying at the Sundial. I was enticed by the high Expedia satisfaction rating, the price, the location in the village, and the size of the room. "The location es great, the staff very kind"

The only issue was that our room wasn’t ready at the scheduled 4:00 PM check-in time, and we ended up waiting until approximately 4:30 PM. We were told the room was still being inspected, so we had to keep checking back, which was inconvenient after a long day of travelling. I do appreciate that the hotel compensated us for our $30 parking fee. I understand that delays can happen, but it would...
