"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"The location was a 12ish minute walk from the train station. The listing didn’t have many photos so we didn’t really know what to expect but it was a room with beds. The bathroom door didn’t latch closed. There was an outdoor space in the back that was a nice addition to hang out in though."

"Pretty far from everything. Smell of cigarettes in the building everywhere. If you smoke it’s great I’d assume but I personally can’t handle the smell… especially when trying to sleep. Otherwise beds were amazing 10/10 the showers super clean and very nice! Just wish someone would be more strict about cigarette usage."

"There was a suite flat above a restaurant, and the smell of food could be felt throughout the unit and was annoying. During the day, the suite was like a steam sauna because it was all windows and above the roof. Despite two small air conditioners and a fan, it was unbearable. However, the view from the room was incredibly beautiful and tempting. There was no shampoo and the unit was full of insects coming from the lake because there was no fan and you had to keep the window open all the time....

"Good place to stay with a comfortable bed. Everything in the room worked well, and all the essentials were stocked up. They were very responsive on WhatsApp whenever I had a question, did not hear noises from outside, making it a pleasant stay. The only downside was that the room was fairly hot. I also think it would be better if housekeeping emptied the bins daily rather than only on request, should be standard practice."

"Wasn’t expecting a 500CHF deposit at check in… but I understand. Would’ve been nice to know before showing up. Also, there was construction work going on just outside so there wasn’t much sleeping in. There was cleaning staff each day so that was nice and unexpected for an apartment stay. Well equipped and spacious for our family."
