"We had to left the apartment 20 minutes after arrival. There was an infestetation of croackarages and bed bugs. The bed sheets and the curtains were stain with blood spots and dirty. They offered us a new apartment and we checked it but it was worse.
That property should not be advertised."

"Great find. Brilliant location and quite close to walk to Navigli area. Room could have done with more storage. The heated towel rail I think was broken as we could not get it to switch on. Decent shower. Staff were so nice and always tried to be helpful. The area felt safe and easy to get in and out. Lots of shops, coffee shops etc. There was a lot of noise unfortunately and the walls were pretty thin so a few times we got woken up very early by other guests talking to staff loudly at the crack...

"The hotel was very clean. The only thing I didn’t like is that I was charged too much for self cleaning. I didn’t have any room service and that was very frustrating to be communicating with people."
