  • Vacation of the extra class!! Feel good in the center of Zell am See and yet quietly located. The completely renovated house is located in a dream location of Zell am See. The ski lift "CityXpress" can be reached after only about 200 m, this takes you up to the Schmittenhöhe. The perfect starting point for a winter or summer vacation. The lake and the city center are also just a few minutes walk away.



    The house has been renovated to a very high standard and with attention to detail. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine.

    You can store your skis and mountain bikes in the spacious storage room, there is also a ski boot dryer. For the cars you have 2 parking spaces in the carport, 1 garage and 2 more outdoor parking spaces.



    The villa consists of 2 units, these are divided as follows:

    - Entrance hall with guest toilet

    - Bedroom with double bed, TV and bathroom (bath, shower and toilet)

Location, Charm and Luxury!

We liked everything about the experience at the aptly named "Finest Villa." As annual visitors to Zell am See and lifetime enjoyers of its charms and wonder, we have found the perfect clubhouse for our annual visit. It's honestly made still better by the personal service of Nikoleta and Chris at the All-in-One office a few steps away. Our wishes were their command. If I could give six stars instead of five I would. Love it every year. Don't change a hair on its head!

Better than the ad says!

This house is amazing! Smack in the middle of Zell am See. Walking distance to the ski lift, the supermarket, restaurants and bars etc. 20 minutes drive to Saalbach or Kaprun ski areas. The house is much bigger than we expected - three floors with: 2 en-suite bedrooms extra toilet kitchen and living room on the ground floor, 3 en-suite bedrooms on the first floor, and a large kitchen, living room, TV-room and sauna shower and extra toilet on the top floor. Lots of balconies facing all directions. All beds super comfortable. Everything new and fresh. Parking space for 2-3 cars. A spacious room for booths and skis. Perfect for two families or 5 couples! Many of the pots and pans are not working on induction stoves. You need to replace them so that there are enough pots and pans that can be used. If there are more people staying, there isn't enough room for ski boots, a minor concern though.

Die Unterkunft sowie deren Lage hat uns einen wirklich unvergesslichen Urlaub beschert. Die ganze Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet und unsere Erwartungen maßlos übertroffen. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.
