"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.
I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"

"fantastic place to stay. two bedroom suite had everything needed: stove, oven, fridge, all utensils and a large dining area. short walk to grocery store north or south. easy access to tram (very easy to get to/from airport schiphol). ebike rental from adagio was the best thing we did. access to the anywhere in the city within 30 minutes. katja (sp?) was very helpful at the front desk. laundry services were very useful. just a little south of city center but i highly recommend."

"The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk.
Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. We had to go to the sister hotel to pick up our room keys before going to the hotel itself. It was only about 7 minutes walk between the two locations, but after a long journey to the Netherlands I'd have...

"The apartments are in a covered pedestrian shopping district, repurposed from a warehouse with very high ceilings. It is two levels with the bedroom loft over the downstairs. It is very roomy and surprisingly quiet.
It is steps from public transport and the Food Hallen and the Ten Kate Street Market. It’s also 20-30 minutes walking distance to the museums and Vondelpark.
The king bed was comfortable, and the bathroom upstairs is small but has a lovely shower. (The water can get scalding...
