From the point where you step in, the staff was excellent and the food was just spoilt for choice. Room was clean, nice and view of the bund made it special. I would highly recommend this hotel. "The room was very large, breakfast was a decent variety but be careful as despite allergens being displayed, they can be incorrectly labeled. The bathroom was very big in the room with a full size shower, bath and double sink. although the shower particularly around the drain area had quite a bit of mould. It would be nice if the breakfast area was more spread out as we sat quite close to other guests."

"Very nice hotel that upheld the Mariott standards. The hotel and rooms are very clean. It is in a very good location, across from the New World shopping center with plenty of shops and food options. It s also connected to a Luckin coffee and McDonalds that we frequented a lot for that morning coffee and late night snack. It is also a very short walk to the Nanjing pedestrian road (west side). From the second we walked in, we were happily greeted by Wei and Wu at reception - they were really kind and made sure we were well looked after from the moment we arrived.
