The kitchen wasn't stocked with enough for 8 people to eat, but the few utensils and plates/bowls/mugs they had was enough for my kids to eact breakfast each day. They gave fresh water bottles each day which was great too."

They failed twice to deliver my luggage to my room and failed to book a reservation for dinner. even after talking to manager, there were many time miscommunication. Overal, don't worth the cost and better alternatives available out there. "

But staff was friendly and after several discussion, offered to upgrade to another room type which allow us to open the window for more ventilation. Breakfast can be quite messy and chaotic when it's crowded, they should have better managed the crowd. "

"The hotel is a beautiful property but our room was not cleaned properly - crumbs were left by previous guests and were still there when we left after 2 nights (with maid services during our stay!). The temperature control for the shower also did not work well. The gym was small but clean. Breakfast buffer was a bit disappointing in terms of variety and quality."

"Pur stay in this holiday inn was womderful. The hotel staffs are very nice, they gave up a free upgrade to the city view room. This hotel is very family friendly, my dauther loves to stay in the hotel and not willing to leave, wishing she can continue to stay. Wew ill definitely pickt the same hotel in the next visit."
