"Great Place to stay and it’s close to the Train Station. And they let us check in earlier when the room is available. The Staffs are very friendly and helpful as well. Room is neat, clean and has no any problem whatsoever. Will definitely come back to this Hotel again in the future. "

"Awesome place and stay. The bed, though a bit stiff, was incredibly comfortable. My only issue wasn't with the staff, but the other guests. They seemed to take the "stay quiet past 10pm" rule as more of a light suggestion. That isn't the fault of the establishment itself, though."

"It's very clean and safe. No curfew at midnight unlike other hostels. Friendly staff. A bit further out from central tokyo but the savings makes it worth it! Highly recommeded and the hostel are fully booked monthsbin advance"

"We loved our stay at Randor Residence! It was very convenient for our family of five. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train station, convenience stores, laundry facilities, and a great selection of restaurants. Everything we needed was close by, making our stay comfortable and stress-free."

"駅から少し歩きますが、ホテルのフロントの方はどなたもとても親切でした。布団が本当のせんべい布団でしたが部屋は清潔に掃除されていました。シャワーを何度か使いましたが足拭きマットがベタベタだったので時々変えていただけたらどうかなと思いました。価格から言えば大変満足でした。東京に行った時はまた利用したいと思います。"

"レイトチェックインでフロント終了後だったのですが、電話で丁寧に説明して頂き、スムーズにチェックインできたので良かったです。ただ、チェックアウトも早く、フロントが開く前だったのですが、鍵の預け場所がわからなくて、お客様に教えてもらいました。そこが、わかりやすかったら、もっと良かったどす。"
