We contacted him frequently to review our plans and recommendations from someone who is a local. He never steered us wrong. The entire family had a great time and we are already planning for another stay in York and will certainly book this beautiful home. Trust me it’s even nicer than the pictures suggest."

"I have stayed here several times. It’s a great way to camp without all the fuss. You feel like you’re enjoying nature without having to pack a bunch of essentials. We stayed in a king bedroom with shower and bathroom. Everything you need is there and it’s close to grocery stores. The pond is wonderful. "The Rye Motor Inn was a delightful stay! Still maintained a retro look with all modern conveniences. Large room with sitting area, kitchen, and a bathrm with heated floor. Beach across the street with dogs allowed in that beach area…Bonus! Restaurants nearby. Wish I could’ve stayed longer."

"We loved our stay at this quaint little cottage. Clean, well-stocked, warm and comfortable. Beaches, restaurants, shopping, all within a very short distance. Truly a hidden treasure. We hope to return in the near future. "

"Nice place to stay for a few days. We rented 2 units, enjoyed the location (close to town, beach and restaurants) and complex had a pool/hot tub. Rated 4 bc few minor issues, the floors are very thin so you can hear anyone walking around the condos above you very easily, in one unit-both hair dryers didn’t work, and the other unit smelled a bit like smoke. Overall, I would stay again. "

"I stayed in this cute cottage passing through the area. It was very clean and had a nice little kitchenette. Liza the manager gave us great dining recommendations and was very friendly. We are looking forward to returning in the summer for a small family vacation. "

"Lovely home directly on the beach where we were able to make incredible memories. This home has absolutely everything you could possibly want from a kite to fly to multiple beach chairs to every possible toy that your children would wanna play with including adults. The kitchen is outfitted with great appliances a gas grill on the deck with piped in propane. There truly is very little that you would need or want when you stay in this home. "Sandra was a great host and IMMEDIATELY responded to ally our inquiries. The fenced in yard was great for the dog! Plenty of places to enjoy morning coffee outside. It was an easy walk to beach! We even found a bagel shop! "

"It was nice to be within walking distance of the gorgeous span of Atlantic ocean beach. The house was in a great location. Beds were grsar, we all slept well. The bathroom was kind of gross and outdated (esp the shower), furniture appeared to be curb finds. For the nightly price i expected a bit nicer accomodations. Overall though host was fantastic, location was great, too. We were there for just a night stopover before flying out the next morning"
