  • Disfrute de nuestra casa recientemente renovada de 3 dormitorios y 1 1/2 baño que se encuentra en una calle privada. Un concepto abierto, una casa luminosa y soleada que incluye una sala de lavandería, terraza con parrilla donde puede disfrutar de una cena y bebidas con su familia mientras los niños juegan afuera en una calle sin salida privada sin tráfico. Es genial para los niños andar en bicicleta y jugar a la pelota. La casa también tiene una ducha al aire libre que es perfecta para enjuagarse después de un día en la playa.

    Cada habitación tiene televisión por cable. Hay WiFi gratuito en la casa. Duerme cómodamente 8. El camino de entrada se adapta a 4 autos.

    La casa está a solo 5 minutos a pie de la casa de baños en Long Sands Beach. También está cerca del centro y de Short Sands Beach. Está convenientemente ubicado a solo 10-15 minutos en automóvil de los puntos de venta de Kittery, el centro de Portsmouth, NH y The Ogunquit Playhouse. We stayed at this property for a second year in a row and it was great once again!! The walk to the beach is so convenient and the house was very clean. We had some pretty intense thunder storms during our stay which led to power outages in the area. The host, Mike, was extremely prompt in his responses and made a point to check in on us which was very kind. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved our stay! The home is spacious and was perfect for our 2 families. The owner was super communicative and let us check-in early. We'd definitely stay here again!

This is a cool place! Close to the beach and tucked in a nice quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed staying here.Place has everything, even an outdoor shower with warm water. York Beach has always been a favorite of ours! Beautiful and full of things to do.

I would give this Host and this property 6 stars if it was an option!!

Great location, well stocked and immaculate. We enjoyed our time and hope to book again sometime. Excellent communication with the Host and very easy process.

This property was perfect! Check in was very easy, the house was spotlessly clean, and it was in a great location. It worked out well for our group of 6 who needed to stay in the area for a weekend event. 10/10 would recommend!

Girls Getaway

This was a perfect fit for our Girl's Getaway Weekend. The house was centrally located to things we wanted to see and do. We had plenty of room and enjoyed our time there. All of us said we would go back again.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed here for a family wedding in September. Even with a hurricane, it was an amazing visit. The location is great, short walk to the beach. The owner was also super easy to communicate with.

A great York Getaway!

It was perfect! Plenty of room, beautifully clean and walking distance to the beach. Bonus they had a Keurig coffee machine! The owner was so accessible and responsive. Would definitely recommend & stay again!

16 Ocean Breeze

Cozy beach house with surprisingly roomy rooms & tons of amenities! TVs in each bedroom with Roku & a fully stocked kitchen for all cooking needs- just add groceries. We weren’t there for the beach but just minutes away from downtown & Nubble Light. Mike the owner was very nice & available if we needed anything.

Wonderful week

The property is very clean. The layout of the house is a little awkward, but we easily adjusted. The beach is easily accessible. The owner is very accessible and helpful. The house is convenient to Kittery, Ogunquit, Cape Neddick AND a grocery store.
