"Worse hotel Iv ever stayed in . Broken ac ,dirty bathrooms ,outdated rooms ,bloody sheets ,3 room moves, a very unprofessional management team spend your money else where this place is a joke. I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better ."

"Had fleas in the room. (My wife got mad leaf early. Didn't even want to eat breakfast. Got bit on the back of my neck and arm. Got up in the morning they were in the tub and on the wash clothes that we had used. I killed a few. And put them in a plastic bag. An took them to the front. Spoke to a young lady at the front desk. And told her about the situation. No manger came to speak to me at all . Have not heard from them yet. And the young lady said that they would call."

"First and last time crossing that threshold….2 absolutely shocking events take place within about an hour….we were in the room locked in with an extra kick stick barring the door. All of a sudden we can hear someone using a key card trying to get in our room…I yelled and you can hear them say something like why would they give us this room key…I called the front desk and they said they would look at the cameras and called me back….said there was an error made and apologized. "It felt like a halfway house. Drunken guests at 2am yelling. One guest had an ankle monitor. It was a different kind of stay."

"A/C was loud, always kicking on and off, curtains will not fully close so light was always coming into the room, Staff was helpful, but was never found, you have to call the office number to get a hold of them because they are also managing and cleaning the Red Roof Inn. Ice machine was not working on 4th floor, Parking was ok, no issues, Breakfast is not the best. No eggs,, they just give you the basics. Carpet was dirty. Coffee wasn’t the best. It was warm not hot. "Roach infested"

"SO much dirt in the shower. It was pretty nasty."

"The room was clean, but mold stains on the bathroom ceiling, hole in the bathroom door as if someone had punched it, musty damp room, food from a previous guest in the refrigerator and generally run down appearance were off-putting. It does appear they are renovating, though."

"The facilites are extremely outdated and you are met with a cigarette smell upon entry into the facility. I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay."

"Glad only stayed one night. Pics are deceiving. Bed sheets had holes in them. Tears in the chairs. No night stands. Bathroom door had holes in them. Will not stay there again. Not the hotels fault on this but.. Had a disturbance that had 3 cop cars show up in the parking lot to calm down a irrate woman."
