"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The dining area had roaches crawling around, which was completely unacceptable and disgusting. The pool was ice cold with no heat working at all, making it unusable. The room itself was in terrible condition — broken drawers, ripped curtains, and it looked poorly maintained overall. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke even though the hotel advertises itself as non-smoking. To make matters worse, the so-called “free breakfast” was basically...

"Crown Inn was a nice low budget hotel. The room was clean and attractive, nice bathroom. It was quiet and in a good area, I felt safe there. The gentleman that checked us in was polite and efficient. And the price was reasonable."

"Overall the property it quite dated and over priced for what you get. They have made updates to what appears to be the Foyer and Conference Room areas. The rooms have a 80's vibe with the two double beds beng pretty small and the additional lounge chair taking up more room and not really serving a purpose. In my opinion remove the lounge chair and have 2 queens or a queen and a double. The cleanliness is ok to say the least, filter in the bathroom was full and looked like it had been for...

"This property is under new management and you can tell by all the recent 5 star reviews. The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Such a variety of foods to include eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, muffins, cereal and more. There was a bigger variety on the weekend, than the weekday, but still a big assortment. Staff was friendly and helpful. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the parking lot needs...

"We wanted to be in the Hampton area for a concert. Hyatt was perfect, the room was so clean and the staff was top tier. The only thing I did not like was the food. The wings were a nightmare, my Caesar salad was trash. But our bartender was so kindled. Mr. Dana was so professional and kind. We will be back I just won’t order food lol. They have these peanut butter cookies though they are to die for!! Overall great place to stay!! And affordable"

"Outstanding customer service, efficient team for check-in and very helpful when we had questions. We appreciated the laundry and how easy it was to pay for online. The room and bathroom was very well attended. One suggestion , bathtubs need a mat of some kind. Ours was a bit slippery for 2 old (70+) people. Overall, we would highly recommend the hotel and compliment the staff."

He usually stays in this hotel because of work being close by and they provide free breakfast. I feel is a bad service not providing breakfast when they have free breakfast when you booked the hotel.
