We had a wonderful relaxing weekend at minisands! Great for a couple. Everything was clean and communication with the host was outstanding. Having the ocean across the street and being able to walk to restaurants was a plus. We will definitely return!

Minisands is a charming cottage in a perfect location. Everything you need for a beach vacation is provided. Inside is updated and lovely. Communication with the host was superb. We highly recommend Minisands!

Very cute cottage right on long sands. Good water pressure in the shower, which is a must! We needed both heat and AC during our short stay and that worked perfectly. Couldn't ask for more!

This cottage has a fabulous location! The cottage is super cute, clean and a perfect spot for our family of 3. Check-in and check-out was super easy and the host was very accommodating. We will definitely be booking again!

This little gem was EXACTLY what my friend and I needed for a night away. It was in an unbelievable spot, incredibly clean, and so cozy. I fell asleep to the sound of the waves and woke up to them with a breathtaking view as we ate our breakfast. There were personal touches all over the place. From the fan in the bedroom to the speaker system, this adorable get away did not disappoint!

Great location

Very nice location. Easy access to the beach. Less than a 5 minute walk to the general store for coffee and breakfast. Close to Maine attractions as well as New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Loved the cottage - perfect for two people. The location was great - just across from the beach. Enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning. Walking distance to restaurants, general store, and Nubble lighthouse.

Quiet getaway before our life begins

We both just graduated college and are about to start a new chapter in our life, it was so refreshing for it just be the two of us before the chaos sets in! We had such a wonderful time staying here!
