"Constant power outages , club staff at the time were rude and overheard them complaining about my call to them , talking to reception. Completely taken out of context to make them feel justified to whinge about it. Was appalled at that club staffer. Did not enter the club that visit."

"Positives: Very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of onsite parking. Negatives: Had to go up and down the outside stairs in the pouring rain to take my luggage up to the room from my car. Got quite wet. The mattress was very firm. Did not sleep very well the first few nights. The grout between a lot of the tiles in the shower cubicle was riddled with black mould. "The hotel is excellent and the staff are helpful. It is our hotel of choice when coming to Canberra. Have stayed there multiple times. Rooms are well appointed and they give you plenty of space."
