"シティーホテルのつもりで予約しましたが、ここはいわゆるラブホテルです。入口やフロントを見たらすぐに違いがわかります。部屋は広いく、バスタブやベットも大きいですが、仕事をする机がない、コンセントが無いなど使い勝手が悪いです。シャワーを浴びると洗面所が水浸しになります。洗面所も掃除されているとは思えずベタベタした菅感じです。トイレの便座には髪の毛が落ちていました。良い点は駅から近く、コンビニとかも近いです。"

"I had initially been somewhat wary because I had read a couple of reviews that were not very complementary however when I got there, I was totally impressed. The room was clean. There were an abundance of pillows on the bed. The bed was comfortable. There was a refrigerator to keep drinks cold the shower had great hot water and the Korean bidet was absolutely wonderful. In addition on the second floor there was a refrigerator with juice juices and coffee and water and soft drinks that you could...

"Convenient location as I was attending an event at the COEX. Bonus is there’s an airport bus that stops a 5 minute walk away. The Starfield and Parco malls were across the street and open late so I could pick up some things afterwards. Also a lot of restaurants nearby but suggest doing some research so you know which direction to go.
As for the hotel itself, housekeeping staff were friendly and diligent. Front desk staff were friendly for the most part too. Gym is basic with 2 treadmills, 2...

"Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and stressful. Several of our jackets, along with my wife's bag and coat, went missing during our stay. We had to report the incident to the police, which took valuable time away from our vacation and left us feeling anxious and upset for several days.
What made the situation even worse was the way the hotel staff handled our concerns. Despite explaining that we had seen the missing items the night before, we were asked...

"I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and found it very good, especially very good breakfast and rather modest but still usefully stocked gym. The hotel is located at the very southern edge of Seoul, slightly remote place but easy access to the hearth of Gangnam via a metro (within 10-min ride). The access from the ICN airport may need multiple transits and take long time. The room is clean but you can hear some audible noise from adjacent rooms -- which I found only one downside of this...
