"It’s a very pretty cottage. I personally think Garry and Sharyn did an amazing job to upkeep and maintain the condition of the property, given it was built back in 1800s. We stayed at Maids Quarter, which is 2 bed, separate kitchen, lounge room, and bathroom, very spacious and well equipped. The atmosphere is quiet and idyllic. Would like to come back for longer stay."

"We spent a lovely weekend in this Birregurra property. Communications were clear and thoughtful. The beds and longe area were comfortable. We had some difficulty operating the split system when the weather turned cool. Some images to indicate which mode operates which function would be helpful. The generous bowl of fruit was very welcome. "

"This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin...

"This is the second time staying, this time with children and their partners. It is the most amazing and lovely home and honestly could not be more clean or better equipped. Highly recommend it."

"The bootmakers cottage is beautiful and we loved the old world charm of this house! The house was lovely and clean and the beds were very comfortable.
