"Amazing hotel, clean, chic, great location and ameneties. Loved our stay the ONLY downfall was the drinks service at breakfast and dinner was always very slow, usually we had finished our meal by the time drinks came, all the staff were polite and went out of their way to help us. Only one staff member let this down by telling us off for falling asleep in the foyer whilst waiting for our room (we had a night flight with two kids so kind of couldn't help it!) and I found that a bit unnecessary...

"We booked this place for three guests, as it was advertised to have a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. When we arrived, there were no bedding fabrics for the sofa bed, so we had to use a duvet as a sheet. Even though they knew there were three of us, they only provided three towels. It felt unhygienic, especially since they use the swimming pool as part of their advertising to justify the price. The door passcode was hard to see because it goes dim when not in use.
