"Really great stay at the Crowne Plaza. Staff were really friendly, they upgraded us and also gave us a welcome birthday cake as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday. Very nice room, comfortable stay and breakfast was extensive and very tasty. Will stay again! "

"We have stayed at the W 6 times now over the last 2 years. The hotel is excellent but its the staff that make it, too many to mention, but Grace, Fred, Constantine, Chetan, and Joynal make our days a dream there! A outstanding customer experience, one million percent recommend and cant wait to be back "

"Amazing place with an amazing staff. Service top quality with the amusement parks tickets included in the room booking, the free shuttle to reach them and the proximité of all the facilities. Big mention to the conciergerie services as well as the pool bar boys"

"Exquisite one bedroom apartment as Maison Privee advertises. The apartment internal design reflects comfort, cleanness and style. Highly recommended to those who would like to drive from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. The location is in the heart of Yas Island, 10 minutes drive to Yas bay, and 5 minutes to Yas Mall."

"We had a beliw average experience with the property. The communication was great but; - Soap and towel for washing the dishes are not provided - our toillet was leaking so needed to wait for the handy man to come and needed to wait 4 hours once they fixed it to use. And theybused the 2 rolls of paper thatbwe had. - The floors were not super clean. "
