"The hotel is in a good location. There are many shops and restaurants nearby and it is within walking distance. The hotel has two swimming pools and a jacuzzi. Friendly staff. There is a good barbecue area. There is no restaurant, but each room has a small kitchen, we had breakfast in the room and it was very convenient. I recommend this hotel."

"We enjoyed our stay so close to the beach enormously. The location is great for exploring Cape Cod as it’s so central."

"This was our second summer staying at Steven’s cottage. Everything was perfect, from check in process to proximity to beach, amenities (grill, pool, comfortable beds and communal space). It is a great location and the beach is lovely, not too crowded and the great for walking. We’re already booked for 2026!"

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay during the July 4th week. We stayed in a one bedroom on the second floor. The one bedroom’s have a living room / kitchen area separated from the bedroom. The kitchen area includes a large dining table, an apartment size refrigerator/freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, and all the kitchen plates, bowls, utensils. "Check in was easy. The house was decorated with a clean and comfortable vibe. We each had our own cozy space. Everything you could need is there. The WiFi worked well. We took advantage of the walkable town and checked out the shops and cafes. So cute! The beach was within walking distance which was great for us. The boardwalk area was awesome!
