"The hotel is so outdated and dirty. The bed was too small for the mattress so no sleep for 2 nights. No toilet paper so had to ask downstairs for some. The breakfast was normal and quite a clean area. We will never stay again until they have spent alot of money on the place."

"Room not very clean rubbish by bed and plastic bits in bedside cabinet. Table by mirror sticky, windows dirty windowsills dirty and sticky. Bed very uncomfortable to point wife's back was in bits after the night."

"The owners are lovely people. The place its self is perfectly situated. A minute from the beach, which is immense . Minutes from the hills which are glorious. North Wales is quite incredible"
