"If you want to pay a lot of money and get very little in return, this is the hotel for you. This was the worst Marriott experience we’ve ever had. When we checked in, we had to get our own luggage cart and bring our bags to the room ourselves. The room was missing basic amenities — no water, no ice bucket, and the refrigerator wasn’t even cold. We paid extra for a corner room with a water view, but instead we got a view of other buildings with no water in sight. The hot tub shown in the hotel...

"Location and hotel property were good but the staff at the reception was terrible. On check in I was informed that I have a 30 dollar credit being a Hilton Gold. Now I know that if you book thru a third party like Expedia this credit is subject to the property. In this case on check in I was informed. HOWEVER on check out they charged me for the same. Paying a 1000 dollars for 3 nights the 90 is not a back breaker but it’s a smart way for the hotel to make money. BE CAREFUL"

"First of all the room smelled nasty like cigarettes the knobs for the hot tub didn’t work it seem dirty I had to leave and go buy air freshener and cleaners to clean. The bathroom window took us forever to be able to lock. Someone on the upstairs bathroom took a shower and the water leaked down to our bathroom. The blankets were stain. "The room 140 was beyond filthy and in disrepair. Hole in wall. Old vomit behind door,rug with dozens of dark stains, no lamp by bed, tv did not work, and there were burn marks on the tub from cigaretts. Ashtrays in room that was suposed to be non smoking"

"Kind of dirty, floors were dirty in common area/foyer, stuff stuck to the walls, hair in the shower when we got there. Pool closed, end of May. Staff was upset when we asked for more towels on our third day. Ok place for a quick stop, but I wouldn't stay for more than one night, probably wouldn't go back."

"I spent one night and everything was as one would hope for a hotel. The room was clean, plenty of towels, well-made bed and TV. I always enjoy breakfast at Comfirt Inns and this one lived up to my expectations. I always load up on the eggs and sausage but there was a large variety of foods available including waffles, cereal and pastries. Good coffee as well. Front desk personnel could not have been more personable and welcoming. A 5 star day."

"It gets the job done for an overnight stay. Very close to Bradley International Airport and lots of dining choices nearby. The A/C worked great and bed was comfortable. Room was clean. On the negative side, it’s very dated and could use a total refurbish. Don’t bother with the free breakfast. Other than juice and coffee, sparse offering of maybe a bagel and maybe cereal. I didn’t look very hard as there was not much to see there. Easy check-in and check-out and plenty of free parking...

"This place was so nasty. Room stank of dirty and cigarette smoke. There were people hanging out in the corridors, drinking and smoking the entire time. Some had a pitbull, they were yelling at each other. This place is definitely a halfway house! Appalling!"

"Chose to stay here because I had an early flight the next day. Price point was good. Room clean but somewhat worn and outdated. Bed, pillows and linens in good condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. check in/out was smooth. Staff pointed out places to eat that were nearby. Transportation to airport was arranged and on time as was my wake-up call. Vending machine was mostly empty."

"The entrance had caution tapes. The room was very dirty and dusty with the beds being stained and the sink being filthy. The bathtub knob was broken and did. it drain properly so the water would fill up the tub. The device was unacceptable because the front desk lady was rude and impatient even. I asked to leave a day early and was informed I would get a refund and I did not. It was VERY overpriced for what was presented online. I do NOT recommend anyone staying here."
