"I need a sixth star to do this place justice. Absolutely gorgeous. A bit of an adventure to get to, but the directions are detailed and the signage is clear. Quiet, clean, complete with all the little thoughtful details I could have wished for and more. Highly recommended!"

"This rental was the perfect starting point for some hiking I wanted to do in the area. Mt Rogers (tallest peak in Va) is close by, as are The Channels, which was my focus for this trip. This place can easily host 3-4 people, maybe even 5 if one wants to sleep on the couch. The beds were the best feature, super comfortable, best sleep of my life. You do have to climb up ladders to get to them, they're loft style, but I'd crawl over broken glass to get back to them. There is a sink, a mini fridge...

"After a long day of travel, my wife and I were looking forward to spending some time in the woods, under the stars. However, the entire bus was filthy,(except for the sheets) the place smelled awful...smoky, musty and like the whole barn had lived in it at some point. It was muggy and quite honestly, kinda seemed like a place you might come away with bedbugs or maybe even lice...nothing was mowed or weed whacked, the hammock was moldy and there was dirty dishes sitting on the table outside...

"We loved thid place. The view was amazing. The cabin had everything you need from shampoo to a fully stocked kitchen. The bed was super comfy. It felt very quickly like home. Alison was great. She quickly answered any question I had."
