"The second guest services man was helpful and changed our room due to terrible noise and musty smell in the first room. He was very helpful. This hotel needs a HUGE remodel however. It is old, dated and the locks on the rooms are very antiquated. The shower/tub in the larger suite was odd and claustrophobic. I’m sorry but I would never stay here again."

"Firstly, I'd like to applaud management for accommodating me. I accidentally booked two days earlier than needed and they honored my booking for the real dates.. Albeit I paid more for the Friday but it was worth it. The room was great, quiet and clean. The down side was the bed (for us) hard as a floor (but doable for 2 nights). Also, I look forward to coffee in the am and there was a coffee machine in the room but no creamer... The rather loud fridge could have had some creamer which would...

"Shampoo and soap were empty. Called front desk twice with no answer or call back. Dirty shower curtain. Dirty walls with something that had dripped down. Toilet wouldn’t flush half the time. They don’t use anything you pay to fix up the motel. Not a 3 star. Not even a 2 star. Front desk was nice when we checked in and out but that’s the extent of it."

"The room was clean your standard room nothing special had all your basic needs (Fridge, small desk, two chairs, shower). Bedroom was clean and organized. Parking was first come first serve on both sides of the building. Check out was easy just drop off your key card in the box and leave."

"The property itself is conveniently located near Hwy 1 and across the street from the Del Monte Shopping Mall. I booked this place because it was dog-friendly and offered free parking. When I checked-in, the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. He assigned us a room that was roomy. The rooms are old and not fancy. My only complaint about this place is since it is dog friendly, property staff don’t seem to take the time to care that people do not pick up their dogs’ poo...
