"This is a great downtown location! We were close to many restaurants, shopping and events. The street noise was not really an issue for us, but the train came thru at least 3 times each night and it is right outside the bedroom windows. Noise from other apartments was not noticeable. "If you’re coming to Kingsport, this is where you want to be. The host is a gem … Lynn and Doug made sure we had everything (and I mean everything) we possibly could have needed from fresh baked goods to toiletries and firewood for a bonfire. I could not recommend this rental more - you will be very happy with your decision, should you decide to stay here. 5 stars all around. "

"Everything was great once we got in. We are older...in our 70s, so the unpredictable parking options and the many steps to climb with luggage were undesirable challenges for us. The apartment is immaculate though. Having a restaurant downstairs was convenient."
