"The property is a little run down. There is a lot of holes in the parking lot going out of the property. I had to fix my sink because it wouldn’t let me lift the sink stopper so I had to reattach it to drain the water. Also didn’t appreciate having to do a deposit if I was only emailed a notification that if I was resident within 50 miles of the property then I would have to do a 250 cash deposit. I was also told it was a 50$ deposit not 50$ a night . Cleaning staff was friendly."

"I had stayed at this hotel several times over the past few months because of its convenient location and generally calm atmosphere. While the breakfast options are limited to basics like yogurt, coffee, and bread, that was never an issue for me since there is an IHOP right next door. "The people were really nice, there were a few roaches in the room but you should know what to except when u rent the room to being with"

"If I could give zero stars I would. Property looks nothing like pictures. Dirty, floor was soaking wet. They do not honor online prices and added room fees for being under $50. Charge $5 for using a card to pay. Wouldn't even give us an extra pillow. Terrible. Terrible "

"Staff was sweet and helpful. Loved the room set up. Only complaint I have was when I was in bed a damn roach landed on my phone while laying in bed in 207 and I threw my phone so fast it cracked the edge of my iPhone and couldn’t sleep all night thinking another roach would land on me."

"Location was perfect, staff was Very Friendly and helpful with any questions I had. They were always there to meet you and greet you whether you’re coming or going. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in San Antonio River Walk."

"Amazing hotel right on the river walk. You don’t ever need to leave the hotel. Otro bar has a great rooftop view. Domingo restaurant has delicious short rib quesadillas. Lo Cura is right next door. All the staff is really nice. Nathan from the front desk was wonderful. I highly recommend this place."

"Unique property right on the Riverwalk. It has a charming Spanish feel. Great location, tons of restaurants, nice outdoor pool area and the rooms were nice although a little on the small side."

"It was a great hotel. Very clean and centrally located. The issue I ran into was that my AC in my room wasn’t working even after calling and having the maintenance engineer come to “fix it”. I really wish this wasn’t the case as it was a great hotel, but unfortunately with the AC issue, I wasn’t able to sleep during my stay."
