"Excellent stay at the Hyatt Centric The Woodlands! The room was modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. One of the biggest advantages was the location. It’s conveniently located near the Cynthia Woods Pavilion, making it perfect for concerts and events without dealing with a long drive afterward. Plenty of restaurants and shopping are within walking distance as well. Highly recommend...

"The accommodations were clean. The linens and bedding were clean. The staff was helpful. The only complaint that I have was they were a little bit chintzy on the coffee and the cups left in the room. Other than that our stay was excellent and great. The continental breakfast was fantastic. This location is beautiful. A lot around the area within walking distance."

"Only 1 ceiling light was working. No bed side lamps, so you had to cross the room in the dark to get into bed. Only 3 pillows on a king bed. Hole in the curtains that didn’t close. Only one paper cup in the room for coffee. Breakfast selection was lousy, just bananas and packaged oatmeal cream pies. Front desk staff was nice"
