"The noise from people moving around upstairs is very loud, and its nearly pointless going to bed before the tenants in the apartment above go. The queen mattress, and at least 1 of the single beds in the premise need to be replaced. The couch is lounge is uncomfortable to sit on - this also needs to be replaced. "

"It was a lovely place, and the studio apartment was perfect for our needs, but the stairs to the second story apartment were difficult for our dog to manage. If you have a small dog that can be carried up and down the stairs, I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. If your dog needs to navigate the stairs by themselves, the coarse grating and steepness of the stairs will be extremely challenging.
